Running is a road to self awareness and self reliance. You can push yourself to extremes and learn the harsh reality of your physical and mental limitations or coast quietly down a solitary path watching the Earth spin at your feet. But, when you are through, exhilarated and exhausted, at least for the moment everything seems right in the world.

12.25.12 Inspiration

After working for over 60hours from last week till last night, I still managed to go to the gym in the morning on Christmas morning. It was so surprising and even inspirational to see so many other motivated and hard working people, working out on Christmas Day. Maybe, they wanted to burn off all the food they ate on Christmas Eve, but they were still there and PUMPING IRON! This makes me want to get so much better than I am right now. Everyday is a new beginning for fitness, there is no limitations. Set your goals high people, don’t just try to motivate others but become the motivation! LETS GET IT!
